4.1 Billing
All payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateway providers. We do not store any card information (other than the last 4 digits of your card) in our servers.
A customer can purchase any Products by DivineIdeas through different payment options like, VISA / MasterCard / PayPal / Razor Pay depending upon which ones are currently being provided by Payment Gateway facility.
After the payment process is carried out successfully, an official receipt of purchase is provided by payment Gateway on behalf of DivineIdeas through email which can be used as a reference for any future requirements.
4.2 Refund Policy
We strive to provide the products, but if you don’t satisfy, you can claim your money back!
100% money-back excluding shipping cost. You are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.

GoCloudEasily reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously purchased products that is no longer valid or deemed out of date.

On acceptance of Terms & Conditions by a user, the user gives his/her explicit permission to call or contact the user via SMS or email through any medium which DivineIdeas deems fit.
We reserve the right to feature your picture in any photos, videos, or other promotional material used by us.
Further, we may use your personal information to inform you about other products. However, we shall not distribute or share your personal information with any third-party marketing database or disclose Your personal information to any third party except on a case-to-case basis after proper verification of such third party or if required under any applicable law.

On completion of any training with DivineIdeas, a certification of products will be provided by us to our customers, charges may apply
